We’re honored to welcome Jonathan Finnoff, DO, Chief Medical Officer of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, as our keynote speaker. With decades of experience in sports medicine and leadership across Olympic and Paralympic programs, Dr. Finnoff brings a unique perspective shaped by his work with elite athletes on the world stage. He will share insights on high-performance leadership, athlete wellness, and the evolving landscape of sports medicine.

This spring marks our first event at the Garden of the Gods Resort & Club, a destination shaped by vision, legacy, and an appreciation for the extraordinary. Opened in 1951 by Al and Peggy Hill, the club began as a sanctuary for connection and respite overlooking the dramatic red rock formations of the Garden of the Gods. Today, it stands as a premier Colorado Springs landmark—renowned for its unmatched views, thoughtful hospitality, and longstanding tradition of bringing people together for moments that matter.
