If you are a local physician who has not yet joined the El Paso County Medical Society (EPCMS), we warmly invite you to become part of our community of dedicated medical professionals. We appreciate your interest in joining EPCMS!

EPCMS is an engaging and innovative group of physicians serving the El Paso and Teller county communities of Colorado. Our society offers a range of services, programs, and events tailored to support both the professional growth and personal well-being of our members.

Joining EPCMS connects you with our vibrant physician community, as well as the Colorado Medical Society (CMS), providing expanded benefits, especially in the area of advocacy. Please note that our unified membership with the Colorado Medical Society requires new members to join both organizations.

We are committed to a member-focused approach, working together to advance the medical profession and serve our community. The EPCMS Board of Directors has elected to invest in you by maintaining the 2025 member dues at the same rate as 2024. Your membership enriches our engaged community of physicians, and EPCMS looks forward to serving you in 2025!

Membership Eligibility

To qualify for membership in the El Paso County Medical Society, applicants must:

  • Hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, having successfully completed an internship and/or residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
  • Reside in or maintain a primary medical practice within El Paso and Teller County.
