His style blends realism with expressive atmosphere, often capturing people and everyday life with direct observation and classical technique. He teaches and creates from his downtown Colorado Springs studio, Alvarez Art School.

Julia M. Evans Fine Art
Julia M. Evans is a Colorado Springs–based abstract painter whose work explores simplicity and soulful depth. With a B.A. in Fine Arts from UCCS, she began in fiber arts before returning to painting as a form of healing and renewal. She is currently represented by Blue Pony Artists & Gallery in Old Colorado City.

Since 1971 the Michael Garman Gallery has offered unique handmade sculptures by father and son sculptors, Michael Charles Garman and Michael Patrick Garman.
