We cannot tell you how much we love our home.    You were both so instrumental in making our dream a reality and we cannot thank you enough. From the early stages of Claude having to reassure me about the soils and help us pick the perfect lot to the showing of our home as the 2002 Celebration Home we were confident that you had everything under control and always had our interests at the forefront.  

The countless times that you slowed things down at the planning meetings to assure that Gail was getting exactly what she wanted proved to us that you were interested in building what we saw as our dream home, not what some architect wanted and not what you thought we should have.

Following the completion of our home we have been amazed by the ongoing service that you have provided. This was never more evident than in August of 2009 when our home was struck by lightning and we had a fire that caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damages. Having you two on site the next morning and having our building superintendant, Leo, immediately available really helped get us through a very stressful time with minimal difficulty. We were not even displaced from our home for a single night. I still am amazed that all the work was completed in a month's time.

The awards you won for building our home were well deserved, but most importantly you should know that you built another dream home and made new friends on the way.   My difficult schedule certainly made us less than perfect clients, but you always gracefully accommodated us and, from the clients’ perspective, made the process seem effortless.

While I do not anticipate building again, if I planned on downsizing as my family moves on and I head into retirement, I would not even consider another builder.
