RN's ON CALL

RNOC reduces the number of calls EPCMS member offices receive after hours and provides their patients immediate access to a medical professional. RNOC uses approved protocols, specific standing orders provided by the physicians and consultation with an on-call physician to manage more patient issues over the phone. They also act as an answering service and help with patient education.
